4th of July

This 4th of July the four of us decided to go to a local picnic and fireworks display.

Usually we would go to a family or friends for a BBQ but seeing as we don't know many people up here we thought a community event would be worth a try and be a good chance to be outdoors.

 The girls enjoyed jump castles, crafts, games. There was also food and live music. It was really relaxing for Craig and I to stretch out and lay down a bit while the kids played games. We did join in on some though which was also fun.

Then came the fireworks. The girls waited alllll day for this and it did not disappoint. Fireworks are probably one of the hardest images to capture on camera but here's a pic or two just because a 4th of July post wouldn't be right with out a blurry fireworks pic!
